Terms of Service

By inviting PopDeck (the "Bot") to your Discord server, accessing the PopDeck web dashboard (the "Dashboard"), using any command or feature of the Bot, or making any purchase of virtual assets or subscriptions (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service. PopDeck is an independent project developed and operated by jexel.m and darik921 ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent) to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3.1. Nature of Virtual Assets

All virtual currencies (PopCoins, PopGems, PopDust), cards, subscriptions, perks, and other items ("Virtual Assets") are licensed to you for use within the Service only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of real-world currency, and remain the property of the developers at all times.

3.2. Purchases

Real-money purchases are processed exclusively through third-party payment providers (Ko-fi, Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad, etc.). We do not store, process or have access to your payment card details. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

3.3. No Refunds Policy

Except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, all purchases of Virtual Assets and subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to) situations where:

• You are permanently banned for violating these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Your Discord account is compromised, deleted or suspended.
• The Service is modified, suspended or terminated.
• You voluntarily leave the Service or delete your account.

3.4. Subscription Perks

Premium subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Platinum) grant temporary in-bot benefits (cooldown reductions, extra uses, bonus currency, etc.). Benefits are subject to change, reduction or removal at any time to maintain game balance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, self-bots or any form of automation to interact with PopDeck.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, unintended mechanics or API limitations for unfair advantage.
• Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of cards, currencies or accounts outside the official bot marketplace.
• Harass, threaten, dox, spam or abuse other users or the development team.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or copy the Service.
• Circumvent bans, rate-limits or cooldowns.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate and permanent suspension of access to the Service, revocation of all Virtual Assets and forfeiture of any active subscriptions — with no refund.

All code, designs, frames, bot responses, database structure, and Virtual Assets are owned by jexel.m and darik921 or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of PopDeck.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, economy balance, cooldowns, drop rates, Virtual Assets) at any time without notice or liability. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by Discord API changes, outages, rate-limits or third-party payment processor issues.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF VIRTUAL ASSETS, DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, damages or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

In the event of any dispute, concern, or disagreement arising from your use of the Service, we strongly encourage reaching out to our support team first for an amicable resolution. As an independent global project, the PopDeck development team reserves final administrative authority and the absolute right of interpretation regarding these Terms, rule violations, and any disputes that occur within the bot ecosystem.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be announced in the official support server.
